The Heart of St. Paul

St. Paul School forms a community proclaiming the Gospel in word, action and worship, leading to a more profound understanding of our Catholic faith, and a deeper commitment of service to others.

Through many parts, we are all one body in Christ. We promote respect for all persons' individual differences.

Our purpose is assist parents and families in fostering the spiritual, moral, intellectual, social artistic and physical development of the whole person.

Catholic Schools - Faith, Academics, and Service

As we are in the midst of our Catholic Schools Week, we take a moment to reflect on what makes St. Paul School so special. Our students have been busy making cards for parents, parishioners, and supporters of St. Paul. Some of the things they have commented on include: how much students liked their teachers because they are fun but still teach them a lot of new things. Our students love for CYO and their friendships developed in sports. Some students feel they get closer to God at our school because of mass and they were grateful for that. Some students like the opportunity they have to alter serve or help out during mass. And finally, to quote one of our sixth graders who says it best,

"Although St. Paul may be a small school, it has phenomenal teachers and a great environment for us to learn new concepts each day. I get to meet fantastic students each year I come back. Besides all those things, I am also truly grateful for the chance to learn more about my religion. This school takes time every Wednesday for a mass in the morning. You guys made it possible for me to get some more time with God than just an hour a week on Sundays."

So as we continue with our Catholic Schools Week Celebration, I thank the parents for sending their children to St. Paul and supporting our mission. I thank the staff for their unending commitment to quality Catholic Education, and I thank our supporters both in the parish and the wider community for continued support for our mission.

St. Paul, pray for us
