Contractual Obligations

Tuition and Fees

St. Paul ACH Authoriztion Agreement handles the tuition collection for the school. All families are required to use the school electronic funds transfer program except those who choose to pay in full.

Options for payment of tuition are:

» 11 Month Payment Plan

All tuition payments are done through automatic deduction from your checking account with options two different deduction dates.

Accounts past due over 30 may be turned over to a collection agenc by the school. Non-payment of tuition also jeopardizes the student's ability to continue attending St. Paul School and obtain report cards and transcripts.

Volunteer Hours

Each family is required to give 40 hours (20 hours for single-parent families) of service per year to the school by participating in various school-related activities. Quarterly reports will be generated to track each family's status.

Hours may be worked anytime from June through the end of the current school year. Hours may not be carried over from one school year to the next.

A $10.00 fee per hour not worked will be charged to each family who does not complete their allotted volunteer hours per year. This fee must be paid before school report cards, transcripts or diplomas are received.

Fundraising

Each family is required to generate $400 in school profit through fundraising activities and/or direct contributions during the school year. Quarterly reports will be generated to track each family's status.

This contribution must be fulfilled before school report cards, transcripts or diplomas are received.
